The LimeLight: Omarion Finds New Label

By: Sarah Hall

Singer Omarion has found a new place to call home after searching for a new label. Last month Omarion was dropped from the all-star cast “Young Money” label (though Omarion claims he willingly left) with allocations of Young Money’s disapproval of leaked single “I Get It In” featuring Lil Wayne. Omarion has not wasted anytime, this week he confirmed his new deal with EMI Label in the creation of his own StarWorld Entertainment. Under his new label, Omarion will release his third studio album titled “Ollusion” slated for release November 24. Omarion stated, “ This is my masterpiece, and I can’t wait for the world to hear my new album.” The leaked song “I Get It In” now featuring Gucci Mane, will be officially rereleased on October 5 as Omarion’s lead single for the album.
