Men Lie, Women Lie, Numbers Don’t.

Jay-z has continued his reign on the charts as the numbers from last weeks album sales were released with “The Blueprint 3” remaining the #1 album for the second consecutive week. “The Blueprint 3” has now sold 774,000 units. Following Jay-z on the Billboard 200 is Whitney Houston “I Look To You” remaining in the top 3 for the third week. Kid Cudi made his debut at #4 with his debut album “Man on The Moon” selling 103,000 units. Miley Cirus rounded out the top 5 with “The Time of Our Lives.”

Drake also debuts with the rerelease of “So Far Gone.” This was a free mixtape, yet stole the #6 spot on the charts selling 73,000 units. Following Drake at #7 is Lil Boosie with his new album “Superbad: The Return of Boosie Bad Azz” selling 48,800 units.

Taylor Swift “Fearless” comes in at #8 and she can thank Kanye for her sudden increase in sales on an album released in 2008. Megadeth “Endgame” comes in at #9 and the Black Eyes Peas “The E.N.D.” remains strong after 15 weeks, completing the charts at #10.
