In the News: Military Teens Arrested in Japan

Toyko, Japan- On Saturday four American teenagers, all children of U.S. military personnel, were taken into police custody on attempted murder charges. An 18-year-old man, 17-year-old girl, and two 15-year-old boys were apprehended by Tokyo Metropolitan Police after being accused of stringing a rope between two poles across a road. CNN reported that the August incident left a 23-year old restaurant employee with severe head trauma. We will keep you posted as the story unfolds.
