According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Sparks and the minor were engaged in acts of “oral copulation” and acts “with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual desires of the [the victim].” Sparks’ attorney claims these are false allegations, and believes his client will be cleared of all charges.
