Today is February 17, 2010 and here is a glimpse into what happened on today in history. Take notes.

1933: The first issue of Newsweek magazine was published.

1992: Serial Killer Jeffery Dahmer was sentenced to fifteen consecutive life sentences in prison.

2009: The $787 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act was signed into law by President Barack Obama.
