Today In History: Abraham Lincoln, Tiger Woods

On April 14, 1865, President Lincoln was shot and fatally wounded by John Wilkes Booth while attending the comedy “Our American Cousin” at Ford’s Theater in Washington, D.C. He died the next day.

On April 14, 2002- Tiger Woods became only the third golfer in history to win back-to-back Masters titles.

On April 14, 2010- Reports surfaced that Woods’ wife Elin was filing for divorce.

Oh how the mighty have fallen…both of them.
